The following information is helpful to those users who are unable to load the session with a live agent due to flash requirements.
Please follow the steps below to properly enable your specific browser to complete the BioSig-ID™ Enrollment and BioProof-ID™ process.
1) Please visit https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html to make sure that flash is installed.
2) Go to the system test and verify that your system is setup correctly. You should see "PASS" on all items listed.
3) Try again to complete the BioSig-ID™ enrollment process. If you received "PASS" on all items during the system test but are still unable to connect, please let us know so that we can escalate your ticket.
